Interviews and discussions clearly bring to light how successful executives are in inspiring the employees for their tasks - and how serious they are about trying to do so.

The more executives communicate in a way that expresses esteem and provides orientation, the better able are target agreement, assessment and feedback interviews to contribute to the company’s value creation.

In the GUP Dialogue Training, executives concern themselves in depth, on the basis of concrete practical examples, with how they can conduct interviews, discussions and other dialogue so as to both motivate and provide goal and action orientation.
